"The friend of a British cameraman shot dead in the Gaza Strip has spoken of a sense of pride on completing his film.
Misha Manson-Smith took over the director's role after James Miller died while working on the film about Palestinian children last May.

Mr Miller's family and friends continue to campaign for answers over his death.
