What does this sign in front of a house near my my home mean?

I see this sign on Route 228 in Southern Maryland, a long, winding stretch of four-lane road, bordered on both sides by trees, fields, an an occasional house.

The sign is mounted on the mailbox post, above the mailbox so it's in clear view. It's a large piece of plywood, painted bright yellow, with these words in black: "BUSH ZIONIST CABAL STAGED 9/11."

I have no idea what this means. I'm completely ignorant. Figured someone in this forum might know. If perchance it has something to do w/ accusations of anti-Semitism, flames are unwelcome. If you have a non-inflammatory answer, post away. Thanks.

(BTW they've recently added a bumper sticker above the sign: "Bush lied, thousands died." Don't need any help knowing what that means.)

What I'm saying is that whether or not those PNAC-ers are Zionists or simply Jewish, I believe it's pointless to link 9/11 LIHOP with the Jewish-conpiracy theories of the past. It doesn't really matter that they're Jewish, even if one assumes that their are more loyal to Israel than to the US -- the fact is that they are most loyal to the financial interests of their cabal. Whether they're Jewish or not I really don't care.
