| A question about 9/11/01 and the "drills" run on that morning. |

I don't go to this forum often. In fact, I think I've been here exactly once.
Anyhow. I have a question about the various 9/11 conspiracy theories. In the past, I've read that certain authorities were running simulated hijacking/crashing-into-building "drills" on the morning of 9/11. What, exactly, did these drills entail? I've yet to find a site or post that goes into detail about what happens during these drills.
After reading the Stanley Hilton stuff (very scary, by the way) this question kept nagging at me, especially since the new number of drills supposedly run on 9/11 is up to 35.
Before anyone starts in on the petty bickering re: "conspiracy theories" and their validity, let me state that I am still LIHOP, although the Hilton info is nudging me more and more into the MIHOP camp. (I've been LIHOP since about a week after 9/11/01.)
So, how about it, guys? What, exactly, happens during these drills? Is a building set on fire? Is there a small plane crashed into a small building out in the middle of nowhere? Is it a computer simulation? What's the deal?

| 1. It's all simulation. All the FAA radars are computerized, so someone |
|
just punches in a program and fake hyjacked planes are on the screen. Probably something like that with the military radars too. Everyone is expecting hyjackings and the hyjacked planes to crash into buildings. The idea is to see what response would be needed through the duration. They actually put FEMA in NYC so they could do their fake "thing" during the tests. I heard up to six tests, which would probably be about right.
I have been suspicious of the Government since the first week of 9-11 as at least letting it happen. Had I know about all the simulations going on I would have gone right to "inside job". These terrorists were supposedly planning this for a year - started right around the time Bush got the nomination. So they heard about the simulations and planned their attack the same day - right. This stuff is usually classified. They would have to have all the details to make sure they got the right planes and in the right air space. Flying those jets around like they did would have taken a lot more then a couple hundred hours in a simulator. Espcially the one that hit the pentagon. The pilot landed the plane on the first floor of the building at around 400 miles per hours and didn't even singe the grass. That was one expert pilot.
Visit www.fromthewilderness.com He has a book coming out now that accuses Cheney for 9-11 and uses the simulations are part of his reasoning for pointing the finger.

Flight 77 hit five lamp poles.
What kind of flight simulation intructor teaches pilots to expertly demolish lamp poles?

| 5. Uhh, I guess we didn't have the same instructor |
|
One of my flight instructors taught me to fly under the Golden Gate Bridge, another forced me to avoid runway collisions with fire engines.
For the record, these were not part of an official training package, just what we did when monkeying around with the simulators after hours.
