it's particularly stupid to believe that wars are waged primarily for a profit motive. That is far from saying, however, that all war is justified nor do I believe that some do not profit from war.

Having said that, sometimes I think war is unavoidable. Diplomacy is the best course but, that often sadly fails.You have no idea how much I wish that was not the case.
