Why didn't the FBI try to advice passengers of UA 93?

This question is based on a post of Paul Thompson that I consider so important that I decided to open a thread.

We know that the FBI was listening in the phone calls of several passengers of UA 93. Many questions were asked: Number of hijackers etc.
Yet, no where I found that the FBI give the passengers advice how to behave, how to organize the attack etc. Strange; isn't it.
Any comments? Any explanations?

I think, the most important question is: No passenger has called 911 or FBI anyway. Why ? There was NO emergency call, so no real hijacking. It was only a drill, a soap opera. Stop: Mister Felt called the local 911. He is a special case. Why ?

In any case-- I have wondered why Felt's call was different. He clearly conflicts with the others. It's very odd. It is sort of like how Betty Ong's call and Amy Sweeny's calls from flight 11 conflicted quite a bit. Why???

Sure, your interpretation is an explanation (I'd b curious to see what OCTler have to say about this topic). Btw for Felt have a look at the thread (Flight 93: Too many contradictions). Interesting that even the accounts waht Felt's wife heard on the tape and when differs!

3. It seems that overall, the FBI was fairly useless regarding 9/11

In general, they covered up more than they ever uncovered, IMO, and perhaps they were even worse than useless-- malicious.
