I doubt we'll ever know for sure. What I do believe is that this admin. will be recorded in history as the MOST corrupt the US has ever experienced.
It's almost getting amusing that Shrub is worried about his legacy! I wonder how long it's going to take for him to finally realize he should have thought of that BEFORE they pulled all the crap!
