blame no one. Except my self. Nice party we have, a bunch of wimpy cry babies hurting each other. If we can't pull together we are fucked. Don't blame anyone. No one would be better. Grow up.

everyone's emotions are shredded. This is a bit inevitable. I know mine must be shredded because I agree BOTH with you AND the people posting doom and gloom stuff.
It's a wicked roller coaster we're on. I think we all need to take deep breaths, step back, assess things a bit instead of tearing each other up.
I'm not saying you are tearing anyone up. If you could hear me say these words and not read them, you'd hear the sadness and exhaustion in my voice. I just feel so damn numb.

Does it feel like a roller coaster to you?
Without trying to sound too hyperbolic, I am really concerned that things have changed too much in America now to ever go back to what it was before Bush took power.
I really think this is a one-way ride and that the 'backlash' that we're all hoping for isn't going to happen.

| 2. It isn't a matter of blame. It's a matter of accountability. |

And "count ability." This election is BS. I'm so thankful I don't have kids, and I'm so sorry for my friends who do. My neighbor's son is 17.
I hear Mexico is nice.

...you've both been rare voices of reason today, along with WillPitt and several others. I think we need to get out of the "Acrimony" forum and start working on something productive. I'm not going to open one more Kerry-bashing post. It just makes me more furious, to see people abandoning our candidate when the going gets rough. That's all wasted energy (the bashing and the outrage in response to it), that could be better spent elsewhere. I'd say, meet me in "Activism/Events," but there's not much traffic there. How about "GD: Help and Support"? I didn't even realize GD had been split into two parts, 'cause I plunged right into Skinner's first post and wound up here. But I'm heading over to the other version....
