They're right. It's Howard Dean's.

Kerry has been doing his best lately to imitate Dean. A lot of these other Dem candidates didn't have any idea how to deal with George Bush until Howard Dean showed them how. Kerry has been a solid liberal for decades, but he is the type of politician many people have tired of. He has twisted himself like a pretzel over Iraq. He voted for the IWR, but when Dean showed him that you could criticize Bush on Iraq and survive, he came out from hiding and starts speaking up. But when Saddam got captured, Kerry jumped back on the Bush bandwagon, doing everything but throwing Bush a ticker tape parade, and slamming Dean for stating the obvious truth about the American people not being any safer.

I'm a Dean guy, but I'll support whoever wins the Dem nomination. My biggest concern about one of the other candidates winning is that without Dean to show them how to go after George Bush, they will revert to form in the general election and go back to being the timid politicians they have been for too long. Kerry lost me months ago when I heard him say about George Bush, "He's a good man trying to do good things." Besides being wrong, this shows that Kerry has no understanding of what is Bush's biggest weakness: even some of Bush's supporters have a feeling in the back of their mind that they are getting screwed by Bush.

5. Yes, I have to agree. Dean has lead the way, while others have followed.

That is why Im concerned how these other candidates will have a voice, not to mention a spine, when it is necessary to deal with the toughest issues.

If they havent shown it now, are we going to see some divine intervention?

I would like to vote for some of these candidates, including John Kerry who, by the way, I supported initially (contributed $250.00 to his campaign).

But, after Kerry dismissed the 2000 election by telling us to "get over it" and did not apologize for the statement, along with never issuing an apology for his support of IWR, Im not sure I can do it. If I am to stand for something, what does that mean if I capitulate to what seems to be the establishment and vote for those who allowed us to invade Iraq? I think it says that I dont stand for much, if anything.

Weve seen our representatives cave to the opposition and look where we are.

Please look where we are everyone.

Another reality is that it might not matter anyway, if electronic voting has any say in the matter.
