that since she was going to be nominated anyway, there was really no strategic reason for the democrats to not vote for her. They have to choose there battles, and I'd rather have them fight over the judicial nominees. You can call them spineless, but last night John Kerry was spineless for not verbally assaulting Rice. Now, is he a hero again? These emotional mood swings drive me crazy. If you truly believe they are doing us a disservice get out there and work on building a candidate who can beat them.
