Repugs are mighty happy about the IA Caucus

and that should set off bells and whistles here. Why do you think they are so ecstatic about the results of the IA Caucus and Kerry's upset? Do you think it's because they consider Kerry and the others easier to beat? I do.

Leno's monologue lead was Dean's being beaten. I don't know much about Dean except that he's spoken up against the war and he's been able to generate unprecedented support via the www. I think that he's a serious threat to the right and they are happy he is being sidelined.

I saw Dean's interview tonight with Diane Sawyer, briefly. Mostly I saw his wife Judy. I don't know if he is ready for prime time in some respects. His wife is even frumpier than Pickles. His mannerisms and expressions are a tad bit offputting. But, despite all that, Dean is courageous in that he spoke out when others were more concerned about their political futures. Whether or not he's ready for prime time, it's obvious THEY think he is or the upset wouldn't be such big news.

And honestly, Dean isn't so much a punching bag as he is one of those "Bop it" bags...you know, the ones where you hit it as hard as you can and it won't stay down and just comes right back at ya? That's what Dean is and that's what we need to run against Bush. I don't think any of the others have anywhere near the same level of staying power that Dean has.
