We all just **know** the salami's about to go through the slicer. The media's postively giddy with the smell of scandal that's wafting across the area inside the Beltway.

But just how big do you think its gunna be? A few underlings? Big kahunas? Just a few or lots of people? WHIG? Maybe someone 'elected'?

best case: I would expect at least rove and libby, possibly cheney. If they tie in the lies aobut going to war then bush as well.

worst case: Rove and scooter. the administration is so tarnished the party drops them and starts covering they're own asses.

utopian case: '06 we take back the senate and erode the house. they get bush and cheney, and delay and frist. Abramoff too. we have a special election (on paper ballot) for the presidency.

because, as some of you may recall, I have a paranoid belief that my involvement in these things--ie; efforts to remove Bush--causes them to fail. The election. The movement to expose voter fraud before Jan. 6, or even, perhaps, for us die-hards, the Inauguration. Downing Street. The Ohio coin scandal. I have prayed that Fitzgerald's investigation would not be hampered by my vague interest. It's like all of those threads I've killed. There was no reason for them to die other than my input. So, I'm gonna back off now. Continue my quest not to become homeless, broke, or dead. Good luck, DUers...there's a reason I'm not in the activist corps.
