| How in the hell are these witnesses helping Against Moussaui? |
|
IF i keep hearing correctly prosecution witnesses keep getting on the stand and saying they either contacted the FBI or told the FAA Or FBI agents sent memos or theorized about what was going to happen. That just shows how incompetent they were. Is the prosecutions case REALLY that he was supposed to confess to the thing. theres no proof that he even knew anything? These witness are killing the FEDS case if the case is they couldnt connect the dots unless moussaui confessed could one of the DU lawyers please explain this to me. Im friggin lost, this gal today cried on the stand as if SHE was responsible, after she Told the FAA, what the hell?>

| 2. I heard that this morning...it sounds like these witnesses |
|
did try to raise the alarm and they were ignored....
It is going badly for the Feds prosecuting this case....it shows the utter incompetence of this administration before 9/11.

The jury has already made the decision to fry Moussaui, all that's happening now is they're just going through the motions so that BushCo can use this trial to show that someone like the defendant can get a "fair" trial.
He will be sentenced to death, if I'm wrong I'll donate $50 to a charity of your choice!!!!

| 4. I'm not sure if this testimony . . . |
|
. . .was brought out on direct questioning by the gov't attorneys or cross examination (i.e., questioning by the defense).
Either way, bad trial preparation by the gov't attorneys. I'll bet it's junior folks overseen and directed by a political appointee.

| 6. Sounds to me like he can get the death penalty |
|
if he could have done something to prevent the attacks but did not. He did tell, it was reported but was not acted upon. Bottom line, he did his part and shouldn't get the death penalty.
