Striking image from last night MSNBC

This might have been during the Olbermann show - I was only half watching. There was several seconds of a movie trailer depicting Bush getting shot. In the same trailer was a crowd of protesters, one of them with a sign with Bush's name on it. The "S" in "Bush" was a swastika.

I had heard some information about this film before, but was really struck at seeing these images on TV right before an election. Did anyone else who saw this have a similar response?

1. Yes, this is a movie they already released in England and the

rest of Europe. They're just now releasing it over here, right before the election of course. They think it slams democrats and others not supporting repiglicans -- i'm not sure if it does or not.

3. They realize that Bush getting shot would give him a huge jump in the polls

The Republicans don't think they can get away with it twice (See Ronald Raygun)so they have to settle for gaining sympathy for Der Chimpenfuhrer by pretending to do it on film.

Political assassination seems to be the preferred tool of Bush's party, not his opponents.

I'm not afraid to say it: We're better than they are.

They'll do anything to stay in power, after all.
