One of the guy that delivers to the store I work at, is a strict social & fiscal conservative and he is feeling pretty screwed by the Republicans in general. I don't feel it necessary to challenge his beliefs, we are all entitled to believe as we wish. He does believe that the Republican Party is going to self destruct (which I don't think it will, it will make changes certainly, but not go away). He hates the lack of fiscal conservatism displayed by these Republicans and is feeling really short changed on the social issues. He has mentioned a few times that he would like to see a conservative Democrat emerge as a candidate.
