Gonzo: What Has Me Worried - Recess Appointment.....

I'm not sure when the next recess break will be for Congress - but - I had this thought that what *Co might be waiting for is the next recess break. Let Gonzo go near or during the recess - and have * make an appointment of a new AG without the potential for Senate Confirmation Hearings.

Any chance of that happening or am I being too cynical?
