Bush Could Name Rove to the Supreme Court
Posted November 22, 2007 | 07:01 PM (EST)
I am thankful that John Paul Stevens and Ruth Bader Ginsburg continue to draw breath, since the presence of Dianne Feinstein on the Senate Judiciary Committee means that George W. Bush could name Karl Rove to the Supreme Court and the nomination would fail to be killed before reaching the Senate floor.

There is a big difference between giving deference to a lame duck president on his choice of cabinet and allowing a Sith Lord to become a lifetime (eternal??) member of the Supreme Court.
Diane Fienstein is a great women. Even if you may be angry at her deference to Bush' cabinet choice, this is just an ad hominem attack and has no merit.
