Has the Republican Party completely lost its collective mind? Are these guys all insane? Why should I listen to anything these guys say at all?

They aren't even worth reasoning with because they are inherently unreasonable. They are willing to say anything, anything at all to score political points and we see this out of Mitt Romney and Rudy Giuliani, the most fascist of the fascist Republicans. The Republican Party, as it is currently constituted, cannot be reasoned with, cannot be compromised with, it must be simply destroyed and marginalized. The Republicans don't have anything to offer government at all except cynicism, lies, cronyism, and destruction and we need no part of it.

I am not interested in negotiating with guys like James Inhoffe(Fucktard-OK) who maintains global warming is a myth. I am not interested in compromising with John McCain who wants our troops in Iraq for 10,000 years. I am not interested in reasoning with Mitch McConnell who thinks the only way taxes should go is to 0. I am not interested in listening to Mitt Romney praise the virtues of Wall Street finance at the same time they have caused the current financial meltdown that we are witnessing in this country.

The entire conservative movement is bereft of constructive ideas and must simply be discredited. Supply-Side economics is garbage. De-regulation is a disaster. Foreign wars are immoral and costly. Theocracy is an enemy of freedom and liberty. We should not negotiate with these people. We must aggressively defeat them.

The party was never decent. I read enough about the pre-Civil War period to know that. I thought maybe then they were, but they weren't. When one looks at what they actually campaigned on it is shocking.

but they're also dangerous. they're mentally unstable, they're xenophobic, nationalist, and vicious.

these are people who will have no problem in coming times using violence to get their goals. they're the rapid minority who want to kill gays, imprison liberals, and build gulags for illegal aliens. they want an iron curtain around the country and believe in a saudi style theocracy. they want every man, woman, and child in this country working slave labor jobs and living in debtors servitude. the "ownership society" is their dream of them owning everything and everyone.

its about power and control. they want this country brought to its knees, so they can use the "shock doctrine" here. the crown jewel.

its not about not taking them seriously, its about realizing they're evil and dangerous and want you, me, and everyone else who doesn't agree with them either dead, destroyed, ruined, imprisoned, or in debt to them.
