| Wesley Clark will not take the heat off Bush... |
|
The media may not want to cover it, but I have a strong feeling that General Wesley Clark will not let the issue die. His words today were straight to the heart of the problem. George Bush took an oath to defend this country as the Commander in Chief and he failed. He was in office for almost 9 months and was too busy trying to get a Stars Wars program started to worry about Osama bin Laden.
I think we can depend on Clark to keep the pressure on in reagrds to this issue. I'm certain other Democrats will follow. This story is not going away. Tom Kean is feeling the pressure from some Democrats on the commission, also. Max Cleland had spoken out publically. They need to do their job or else, dissolve their charter. They have a duty to get all the facts and get to the bottom of 9/11 so that it will never happen again. Unfortunately, they cannot do that if Bush and crew are keeping the information from them. It is the appearance of a coverup, if nothing else, and sometimes perception is reality.

I wish all the Dem candidates would hammer this point home.
I've believed in LIHOP for quite awhile now, either that or astounding incompetence. I want an investigation. I want to know exactly what happened and why that son of a Bush sat there with a smirk on his face, reading to children, while people jumped from burning skyscrapers.

| 6. Then we need to get HOT, People. |

Get Offensive NOW. We want to know about pre 9/11 issues. We want to know who outed Valerie Plame. If General Clark or another democrat wants to run with those issues, than LETS CHEER THEM ON EVERY DAY. We have to let them know that THESE ARE ISSUES THAT ARE IMPORTANT TO AMERICANS. I'm proud to be an american. Not because of what karl rove has done. BUT FOR WHAT YOU ARE ABOUT TO DO. KICK ASS NOW....

Paraphrasing-Robert DeNiro: "Wag The Dog"
Now...how do we change this?
Or else, most of us WILL be very, very frustrated, sadly, for the next ten months.
Because, (the media's one-sidedness) it will continue.
