How many state ballots do you anticipate Ralph Nader getting onto?

As a Green Party candidate, Nader got onto every ballot but three (Oklahoma, South Dakota, and North Carolina). How many do you think he'll get on as an independent candidate, and how much damage could it do to Kerry's candidacy?
