This ain't the 1950s any more. There are many many rich black people in control of this country also nowadays. Had he stuck with the haves and the have nots, he could have made a great sermon out of it. Instead, he used it to tarnish ALL white people as if we are a monolithic race that has no good people. That is simply not the case. Many many white people would love, just as much many in the AA community, to see the wounds and injustices of racism righted. The way Wright went about his sermon was rather divisive.

I think you'd be surprised at just how many white people truly care and want to see justice and equal opportunity based on the person's qualifications and not their skin color.
