2. yeah--56% to 44%

10 percent of all precincts are reporting in. Those are all East river though, west river is a republican stronghold (trust me I live there) ;[

4. bleh, tell me about it

I used to live in Bismarck, right east of the river in North Dakota. Once you went west of the river and past Mandan you were in total Repukeville with wingnuts galore. I doubt SD is much different. I also know that western SD has Harding county, which gave * around 88% of the vote.
