i would love to see him kick o'reilly's ass. but i'm guessing it's one of those news shows with rotating hosts earlier in the day rather than o'reilly, hannity or one of those types .

The morning news show. He was talking about Saddam and the upcoming trial. He was asked about VP and took the opportunity to promote Kerry and the need for better leadership in view of conditions in the Middle East. Got a great last line in. The host said, to be fair, these situations existed before this administration. Wes said, "To be fair, this administration brought it all to a head." (wording close)

But there was a 'yes' there that does indeed seem like a teeniney change in the diplomatic wall of even-handed answers we've had heretofore.

But I definitely heard it as yes, he would do it if asked, not that he had been picked. He said that was confidential, or course.

Edited to say that that (the line above) was what has always been there whenever I've heard him answer the question, and that was not there today! (back to bouncing :bounce:)
