| Bruce misses one right down the middle. |

So Ted Koppel asks Bruce if there is any difference between Kerry and Bush's Iraq policy, and Bruce sheepishly admits that there doesn't seem to be much difference at this point. I wish Bruce, master of imagery that he is, had said something like this: "Well, there doesn't seem to be much difference at this point, because Kerry is at the bottom of the same forty foot hole Bush pulled the whole country into when he jumped into Iraq. He's faced with the same limited options Bush created. And yet I would think that Kerry is better positioned to create the alliances with other countries to build the ladders we are going to need to get out of this hole. And in fact, any small progress that has been made in stabilizing Iraq has been made because Bush started following a policy Kerry and the Democrat's have been advocating all along, namely transfer sovereignty back to the Iraqi's as soon as possible, and get the UN back into the mix."
I love you anyway Bruce
