why do they care if he said he was in Cambodia on Christmas..would it matter if he was NEAR cambodia and for explanation sake just said he was IN cambodia??

I just want someone to explain (if they are able to) WHY this is even necessary to talk about...? this is what people want to discuss? a 30 year old story?

2. they DON'T CARE . the purpose is to attack the candidate

it has nothing to do with the truth. they just want to try to make it sound as if he was lying or whatever crap. anything to try to make him look bad. but the things they bring up to try to make him look bad show their desperation.

they are so desperate to make him look like a liar...it seems to me the more they attack Kerry..the more Kerry's numbers go up though--isn't Kerry winning in most of the polls as of late?

I suspect that (though they contend it was an unrelated discovery by some blogger) this is all part of a single message "Kerry lies to make himself look better". Lies to get medals, lies to make himself look heroic, lies on the senate floor when talking about his experience in Vietnam.

He opened the door a little by concentrating so much at the convention on that old history and so little on his time as LT Gov and Senator.

Evidence showed that Kerry's boat was often right off the coast of Cambodia.

Hence, another grasp at straws.
