because Florida is so important to the GOP in this election. If some folks lose their homes and are looking for some aid to move or re-locate or re-build, they will be looking for it immediately. If they don't get it, they will be pissed. Democrats and Repubs alike. However, it is the Repubs that have the responsibility to get aid to those areas most hard hit and the voters will take it out on them if they do not come thru...quickly. This is the reality of disaster politics...
