Naderites: where's the PROOF that Nader will sign Kyoto?

I have recently thought of something: how do we know that Nader guarantees to sign the Kyoto treaty, rather than not liking a few things about it and refusing until they make up a new one? This is something that concerns me because if we elect him to be our President, I want him to get this done. What has Nader said about this?

3. Yeah, that always confused me

Unless the Greens, or Greenesque Democrats (like DK or the late Paul Wellstone) build a base of power in Washington, Nader as president would be just as stifled as DLC Democrats like Clinton.
