How many DUers will be boycotting to media coverage of the convention, especially Arnold's speech?

Since bush was installed a pResident by the court, I've had to become very quick at finding the remote control and switching channels.

My firefox will block their advertisements, but I'll still get to use their bandwith at a net loss to them. :P

|
but I am so disgusted that would support Bush. I mean Michael Bloomberg is the biggest RINO ever and he still supports Bush. And McCain, Pataki, and many other Republicans that are otherwise decent people.
It's disgusting.

|
I try and try to consider McCain as decent - but his pandering to and support of Dub makes me sick - and no, I won't watch a second of the convention. I understand that it is often wise to know what the other side is up to, but my personal quality of life (my blood pressure, mood, etc) is more relevant than that....I expect I will be reading a good book or listening to good music or watching a meaningful movie, rather than waste time on a nauseating production affair.

These guys are putting their careers before their beliefs. Or you could think of it as party before country.
I doubt I will watch the convention, but I may catch the Daily Show or Air America's coverage of it. If I watch those guys endorse shrub, I may just puke.

if the good Republicans would act like they were going to endorse shrub, but actually tear him a new one at the convention. They could shed light on the fact that he's not conservative and he hasn't kept his campaign promises.
I really wish somebody had run against him in the primaries.

| 17. I'll Be Watching Just The Same...If Not More... |

May I suggest to fellow DU'ers to watch the non-prime time coverage...the C-SPAN coverage of both the convention and the many breakfasts and meetings they'll be airing...there you'll see the REAL repugnicans. The ones they won't put on in prime time. This is where we'll see the real evil on display that can be pointed out and let's see how the "REAL" media covers it.
Let's see how the coverage goes. Will Terry McAulliffe be asked to react to Bunnypant's acceptance utterance right after it's concluded? Will every panel that discusses the convention be 2 to 1 Democrat so we can pretend we are Repugnicans and tell them how they're thinking. And, of course, the non-coverage of Kerry, or the negative images...including Rove lies that are woven into the "anaylsis" of the speeches (eg: * showed leadership, not a flip-flopper like Kerry...Powell was a great general, not one who lied about his medals then threw them back like Kerry...and so on).
