Rural America tends to get neglected - especially in an election year. It contributes to the overall image that the Kerry/Edwards administration will actually DO something.

| 4. This is very important. |

I really think this is the time that all us Red states could make a switch. If they are convincing to the rural areas it will make a big difference. Missouri is so important but close enough to Kansas to make another inroad here. Edwards in Lawrence has been big news all over the eastern side of the state. Although we do not have many electoral votes every vote is important. Good news and a very good idea.

| 5. If Kerry wins Missouri, and every other state votes the same as 2000 |
|
Kerry wins with 271 electoral votes to Bush's 267.
I don't think it will be anywhere near that close, though.

like if we get a fair election Kerry will KILL Bush*. That is a big if though. We are going to go help in Missouri, at least my husband is, I am thinking I should stay here. We are both going to drive people to the polls.

It really was an important event. With 24 hours notice he drew 4000 people in Kansas. I talked to people there from KC, Lawrence, Topeka, Manhattan, Wichita and Salina. In 24 hours people were excited enough to drive that far, some had already seen him with Kerry in KC or had been waiting for the train and were not so disappointed that they did not get up and drive again. For Kansans who tend to not attend much this was huge and very appreciated.
