I see this is the 5th Congressional District in North Carolina.
Who are Vernon Robinson and Virgina Foxx and for what does each of them stand?
Does either have a chance in November?
Who currently represents that distict?

Both of them are nut jobs. Robinson has touted himself as "the Black Jesse Helms" and Foxx is about as conservative as they come.
The 5th is currently represented by Richard Burr who is running against Erskine Bowles for US Senate.
