I'm sure everyone on DU is aware of the frightwing tactic in the media to shout down its opposition on so-called news/talk shows, such as Hannity's show, O'Lielly's show, Tweety's show, and CNN's "Crossfire".

I'm really getting sick of Paul Begala and most of the guests "from the left" they put on that show, who constantly allow that polka-dot-bow-tied little twerp, Tucker ("motormouth") Carlson to shout over them as soon as they start to speak (constantly drowning out whatever Begala or one of his guests on "his side" have to say).

I'm waiting to see the day when Begala and his guests grow a spine when someone tries to shout him down, pound the table and shout back: "Shut up! You had your chance to speak, this is my turn! Now just shut your mouth, you rude young man!"

Meanwhile, they just let these freepin' asswipes shout them down, smile, then change the subject. Wimps.

I quit watching that show when it shifted to 5pm. I admire your patience monitoring it, though.

should be on more often. He was great last week.

was in unusually good form last week - when that wingnut wouldn't answer a question, Carville kept repeating it, and finally, after about five different evasions, Carville, turning away and visibly showing disgust, said "I have no use for this man"! "He can't answer the question."

However, Carville had pretty much been asleep at the wheel in the months preceding that show, except for an occasional spark where he really got Novak's goat, turning Novak's face red.

5. Begala pissed Tucker off Monday or Tuesday

because he wouldn't back down, and Tucker xame back with OK so you can talk over me all that proves is your wrong...

And I thought, hmmmm...

So all this time Tucker, up until this day you were what?

And Novak... I hope to Christ he goes to prison for treason, and becmes the Boitch of Cell Block B...
