Can you give us a retelling of how Gov. Weld or his surrogates attacked Kerry on his war record and what resulted?

OK, no replies. I guess it being 3 AM in Mass, everyone there is in bed. Bad timing on my part.

I found this NYT article that mentions the Vietnam thing in the 1996 Senate race. It's good to read because it says Kerry is tough and will do what it takes to win.
