| They Can Steal It 269-269. www.electoral-vote.com |
|
The Nightmare Scenario:
I was just at www.electoral-vote.com, and saw the disturbing way things are shaping up.
Right now Kerry is ahead with 286-233, but if you look at the Setup, Bush is in danger of Stealing it AGAIN.
How?
No matter what the Polls say, no matter what reality is, we MUST assume Florida will go to Bush. I cannot imagine that it won't. The stench of corruption and fraud from that part of the voting world is so bad, and given what we know these people are capable of and what they are willing to do, short of Divine Intervention we must assume Bush wins Florida.
That makes the count 259-260.
Now for the Nightmare Scenario:
Wisconsin and Colorado are exactly tied right now.
Kerry takes Wisconsin, and Bush takes Colorado- 269-269. We all know what will happen then, so there is no need to go into Detail. Bush Wins=End Of America.
Kerry wins Colorado, Bush takes Wisconsin- 270-269. Bsuh Wins Outright=End Of America.
If things stay like they are now, no matter how positive I want to be, the underlying fear I have that these people will not let go of Power lawfully or peacefully still nags me in the back of my head.
Malloy mentioned the other night he didn't think they would leave no matter what.
I still beleive we are going to win, but the question is, will we have a free and fair election?
With these Bastards in Power, the questions remain: Why Would We, and How CAN We?
The Wildcards are Ohio and Missouri. Either of these States go blue, Bush will LOSE.
The Polls probably aren't to be taken seriously. What they are willing to do to daty in Power is.
Dear GOD will the Proletariat PLEASE wake up.
Keep up the Fight Brothers and Sisters.

SCOTUS. I don't that a-hole to have the satisfaction of thinking he was elected by the people.
On a different note, my husband is almost hoping Shrub wins now. Things are so bad, he wants him to get all of the credit for all of these screw-ups, including a war we can't afford. Shrub has this country so screwed up that Kerry probably won't be able to do anything to fix it anytime soon.

Kerry would get blamed for that, even though Reagan was far more responsible by ditching all the alternative energy programs... x( Clinton helped (not) by eliminating the federal 55MPH law.

| 2. It's too early to make predictions, but right now - |
|
we are ahead. One note though, it can't ever be 270 - 269 , the total has to be 538.

I'm not counting on Florida, but I cannot believe that people will vote for another 4 years of this insanity.

close either. After the Pub convention, things will start to solidify. Wait about 2 weeks, around mid Sept., and start watching shrubs negatives. Don't bother with daily, but watch the trend. If they trend down, as they have been for several months now, Kerry will win by 20+ electoral votes.
If they trend up...don't ask.

I think in a free and fair election Kerry wins by MORE than 20+ Electoral Votes.
At the same time, I have mentally prepared myself that these people WILL try something to stay in Power. I can't imagine why they won't.

| 10. Those numbers are DEFINITELY going to change. |
|
We're in an extreme area of the campaign right now, for both candidates. And so many of the states that are in the Bush column in this analysis could VERY easily go Kerry- here I'm looking at Ohio and Missouri, even Arkansas and Tennessee. Given the swing status of states like those, there are just so many possible outcomes that, while we may lose Florida, we may also win a couple of other states to make up for it.
It's just really volatile. We can't tell what the hell's going to happen.
