It's a stale tactic the Bushes always use. It's called "Slime and Defend." They smear shit on their opponent, then act surprised when the opponent gets pissed off about it.

Racicot used the phrase, "wild-eyed" when speaking of Kerry's reaction to the smear, and Snotty Scotty said he "lost his cool." This will go on and on unless somebody calls them on it. I hope Kerry will come out with an ad that shows how they have done this same stupid thing over and over in every campaign. It would be hilarious and would make the Shrub look like an even bigger ass.

use a double negative, passive agressive, "This stuff about Kerry losing his cool, is like us going out and giving credibility to the meme going around DC that * is being medicated" We are not doing this and the * camp should know better and start getting on with the issues.
