Kerry's speech tomorrow--he's going after Bush 's dirty campaigning

And then further down a little fact that Bob Dole let slip--about a phone number the Sunday talk show guests can call to get briefed on talking points.

I clicked the link to the NY Times article. The information about tomorrow is in the last sentence (pretty much the same as the liberal oasis summary).

"And in a speech that he will make in New York tomorrow, Mr. Kerry is expected to continue to talk about the history of dirty tricks that Republicans have waged against political opponents of Mr. Bush and his father for several years."

Finally, isn't it interesting that there has not been one word out of McCain about Kerry using him in his Internet ad.

They have a little number you call in before you go on these shows I guess if you want to get briefed for Sunday shows.

I didn't talk to anybody. I don't think I needed to talk to anybody.

Wolf Blitzer was just shocked, shocked!

BLITZER: You said that there's some sort of recording you can call up and get information before you go out on these Sunday shows.

What exactly does that mean?

DOLE: I think when anybody's going to be on a Sunday show, there's a conference call number if you want, I guess, get updated on the facts.

At least I got some e-mail saying if you want to get any information, call a certain number.

This had better be one of the best performances of Kerry's campaign. If not, it will be easy for the G.O.P. to paint him as a "whiner" and a "sore loser," and actually focus more attention of these charges.

...it's actually a phone sex line, where they talk about lots of dirty campaigning and hot lie smears, and Bob was all iffy from the blood displacement that resulted from a high dose of stiffening solution.
