He doesn't have any proposals.
Golly, I keep hearing this nonsense. No, what Kerry doesn't have is coverage of his plan or his proposals. The media have all focused on Kobe and Laci and Swifties and whatever other shiny object has captured their attention. Kerry has a policy speech, and because he isn't juggling torches, it's cutaway time.
