| 1. Ginsberg is sounding pretty lame |
|
about why he didn't inform the White House he was working for the Swift Liars. Confidentiality – lawyers don't tell one client who his other clients are. "Everybody's doing it" – Kerry's lawyers are in the same position. And gee, when decorated veterans ask for help…

| 2. you have to disclose to your clients any other clients where there is |
|
a potential conflict of interest. You also have to have them waive that conflict before you can represent them.

|
Sure gets prickly at some of Chris' questions.
"The Dems are doing it, the Dems are doing it, the Dems are doing it..." Poor republicans, they sure like to do the victim bit. Bleeccchhhh...

Kinda of equally slamming both sides re: 527's and campaign/independent group connections. Neither side coming out looking very good. Kerry campaign guy made some good points, but now it's an interview with Ginsberg.

| 7. *sigh* Seemed like they cut off the final interview - very abrupt ending. |

The U of Wisconsin guy -- I wish there had been more of him and less of Ginsberg. The professor, at least, was coherent and appeared to have a functioning intellect.
The program wasn't a total waste, but close to it...

| 5. It never occurs to that right-wing hack Ginsberg that lying is bad |
|
He's just the same hack I remember spewing right-wing garbage back during Clinton's administration. If I saw sorry coward in public I'd spit directly into his sour puss.
