Question. Are medical records of candidates ever released

Question. Are medical records of candidates ever released
prior to election? I know the Pres has to have a med exam annually; it seems they usually release them albeit highly redacted. I know Johnny MacSame released his for a bout 15 minutes to a handpicked group and allowed no note taking. Have Obama and Biden released theirs? Will Sarah, Queen of Alaska release hers?
