Clips of Chimp from 2000 - Does he look weird or what?!

I know they say he's so "consistent" and "steady," but hasn't he changed? He's got a whole different act now from the one he had then. Different facial expression, different hair-gel, the whole thing is a different act.

I guess it happened so gradually I didn't see the metamorphosis, but it's really weird to see those old clips. Did anybody else notice it?

2. Hard to say, the odd thing is how different it is

Then, it seems like he was all slicked back and tight-faced and clipped in his speech.

Now, it's like his hair is looser, he's slower, he's got more weird eyebrow things going on...

It's the difference that strikes me as weird.

How do you see it?

5. He's the king, now, and his handlers can't control him as well.

And, in his smugness and arrogance, he's let his guard down. He's slipping up.

7. Yeah, maybe that's what it is.

Maybe it's just over-confidence of some sort -- he's more "relaxed," that's for sure.

4. I keep seeing them on TV

Either a speech where he's accepting the nomination or seeking it in the primaries... "If you entrust me I'll never let you down" or some such.

I'll see if I can find a photo...

I'll pay more attention next time there's a clip on -- no doubt they'll be showing them all week.
