undecided voters are overrated. Motivating and turning out your base (the "ground game") will probably take over. The media need a new storyline.
Kerry needs to find an effective appeal(s) to motivate the Hispanic vote, the African-American vote and the disaffected economic vote. He needs grassroots help to turn out the vote in record numbers for each of these constituencies. And, he needs about three killer sound bites for each.

the lists we used were Dems who had not voted in most General elections. We got them to fill out absentee ballot cards and we will follow up with calls to remind them to fill them out and send them in
on the other hand of the 30+ dems I spoke with, only one ding bat was still "undecided"

I've done that kind of work before so I know. Interesting to know so few undecideds this time around!
