| Note to Kerry. Tell Media that he is running against Bush, not McCain |
|
Edited on Mon Aug-30-04 09:29 AM by Neshanic
Bush is clinging to McCain like a fuzzy blanket. Kerry better deliver a message that Mc Cain is not running for president, and put the freaking ad back up. Reason? He can say that recent comments by McCain put it back on the table again. No apologies.

Which is why I sound like a crank on the surrogate issue--they are our only chance to get our message out on TV without John King and his equivalents filtering it first.
That's why we need to be like them. Two or three points, repeated over and over. No polite compliments (right George Mitchell?) The policy that host questions are not for intelligent answers, they're excuses to repeat the TP yet again. Just the message. All Day. All night.

is for Kerry to start running that commercial again where he attacks Bush for attacking his war record and family. It made him look so stupid, and Bush so evil, that McCain HAD to ask him to pull it--which is exactly what Kerry wanted!
