Leadership is the RNC buzz word. What makes a good one?
I mean, seriously. How in the hell can the stooges at this convention, the minions within this administration, or the whores in the mainstream media continue to pass along this word as a descriptor for George the Lesser? He has the best of NO worlds. He possesses fully NONE of the qualities that define leadership.

Let's just spell it out for them. What traits does a good and effective leader have?
