how come he sees no end to it, and keeps on inciting it, with his foolishly simplistic rhetoric and thuggish actions which discount the international court and the rule of law (note. . . greater global anti-American sentiment than ever?)

Aside from that, there are politicians in other countries who are trying to get elected/re-elected who use the anger against the US for their benefit. It's a lot like bush using terrorism to get himself re-elected.
