| Who are the black people at the RNC? |
|
I watched briefly. I saw Auuunold, Pickles and the twins--none at full length. What I noticed during every one of their appearances was the camera focusing on black people--clapping, cheering for Bush. Now I know damned well there can't be more than 20 blacks there, OK maybe 30. But the way NBC's whore cameras were trained on them, you would think the entire audience was filled with minorities. The propoganda continues.
What I want to know though, is WHO ARE THESE PEOPLE? As a black woman, I cannot for the life of me understand what makes a black republican tick. I've heard Jeaneane Garafolo refer to "self hating Jews" on AAR. I think these people are self hating blacks. I'm no Maureen Dowd (thank God) but I truly think these people believe they improve their lot by sidling up to republicans who don't give a shit about them.

| 2. Yep....heard that he was there. But who takes him seriously? |

He will do anything for a buck. As I wrote that statement about King it dawned on me that he might just be a valid repug, after all money is all they care about. King fits the bill.

Yeah I think he could be a valid republican because of him doing anything for money. Kinda funny that they used him to attack Kerry.

my theory is that those 7 people have deluded themselves into believing that the republicans of today are running on the same principles as the Radical Republicans from the Civil War era. Other than that, there really is no excuse for them.

They'd be thinking about how much money they could make by being with their white "friends" right up to the moment they felt the rope around their necks.

| 8. How about Michael Steele? |
|
The Lt. Gov. of Maryland who got a prime time speaking spot and looked like a deer in the headlights.
The pundits kept saying he was a rising star in the GOP. Yeah, right. When pigs fly. Just go ask J.C. Watts. Didn't see that former rising star speak.
