After listening to the opening night salvo where the RNC spent 3 hours talking about their hatred of terrorists, extracting revenge, letting them hear from us, etc, I couldn't agree with the Gropinator more. You can't reason with people blinded by hate, and the Republicans showed us how much they really do hate. Ironically, they are trying to show the moderate side of their party and they still look like fire breathing Nazis with their glorification and love of war. Imagine how they would look if they let the real party base get up and talk about all of the things they hate, where the spotlight gets put not only on external foes, but on domestic ones as well.

John McCain talks about how they fight and kill for love, not for hate, and that presumably separates them from the terrorists and excuses them for the atrocities they have leveled on the Afghan and Iraqi people (how many tens of thousands of innocent civilians have been killed? more than Saddam would have killed). Reason has been thrown out the window.

Yes Ahnold, you cannot reason with people that are blinded by hate.
