Should we ALL call our local VFW and SCREAM about the Purple Heart

Band Aide thing? Rally the troops, so to speak? Let them know we are not happy about this band aide insult to our men who fought for this country? Perhaps the local VFW will hit the RNC with letters?

I helped my husband a Vietnam Vet (1967) write a letter to the editor yesterday and sent it in around 1pm. I have not read the paper today and have a sinking feeling that it is not in todays paper... if it is in tomorrows or the next day I hope people will still remember what it is referring to.

There's still tonight and tomorrow for the RNC to make fools out of themselves...so it should still be fresh in the sheeple's minds.

3. To voice my protest, I sent back my Vets request

for a donation with a note that I will not be donating again until all American vets show support for each other, including John Kerry. I did not use the stamps they provided as I don't want a non-donation to cost them money.
