| What if during the debates Bush slips and falls on his ass |
|
We all know how clumsy Bush seems to be on his bike, always falling off. What if during a preisdential debate in prime time, Bush accidently slipped and then falls on his but on national tv live? And then gets a real sheepish look on his face lying on the floor while Kerry stands there smiling.

| 8. Kerry would hurry over and help the little man back to his feet AND |
|
Vanessa Kerry would be on hand to lend her medical expertise, as she did once (that I know of) during the campaign when a man collapsed.

| 9. As inept as Bush is, he does possess some communication |
|
skills as long as his script is totally prepared. When he tells his cute little jokes, his timing is good. He knows how to get the audience connect with what he's saying and then he knows how to time the wait period for them to either laugh if it's a joke or applaud otherwise. He probably handles crowds as well or better than Kerry.

When he's confident that he is in friendly territory, he works them like preachers work their congregation. Don't get me wrong. I don't admire Bush in any way. My point is that it would be a mistake to assume that Kerry will best him in the debates even though he's much smarter than Bush. Gore was smarter and he didn't do all that well in the debates.

...that even if Bush put his hands down his pants, crapped a big turd, and flung it at the audience, the media would find a way to spin it in *'s favor.
"By throwing his feces, he's clearly showing us that he's the strong, alpha male of our national society. Coming up next on Hardball, why does John Kerry continue to wipe his ass in this post-9/11 world?"

I think if he fell on his ass, he'd get sympathy votes. I hope he loses that famous temper of his, if someone asks him a question he doesn't 'like', and shows what a prick he really is.
