that, at the Bush Administration's bidding, police are arresting peaceful and zany protesters in New York within seconds of their alleged "crimes," but almost three years after 9/11, the Bush Administration still hasn't arrested Bin Laden?
Whose Homeland is the Bush Administration trying to make secure? Maybe Theirs? But, certainly not Ours?

the hard work in getting cops on the street in a well-organized fashion.
To catch Osama Bin Laden we need to have troops in Afganistan, treat our allies properly, and all sorts of other boring things. And who wants to do that?
