| I want Zell Miller kicked out of the Democratic Party |
|
Simple as that. He's not a democrat.
He accused John Kerry of a week Senate voting record on National Security. That is a false accusation.
The Republicans are trying to confuse people right now by claiming: 'a vote not to fund George H. W. Bush's CIA (back when Bush Sr. was head of both CIA divisions), is equivalent to not supporting a strong U.S. intelligence agency.'
I don't see it that way. I don't think it is honest to say that an intelligence agency operated by the Bush family is good for our national defense.
In recent times, it is not honest to say that George Bush has worked for the national defense. George Bush has worked for building up the Strategic Oil Reserve, the oil industry, and the U.S. economy.
The Republican support, in my conversations with them, seems mostly to be voting for him because they think he will keep them safe. They believe we Democrats are not concerned about the national defense.
Of course we are all very concerned about the national defense. In looking at what President Bush has done for the national defense, we can see that oil pipelines have become operational in Afghanistan before Osama bin Laden has been captured. In Iraq, oil pipelines were under construction before Sadam Hussein was captured. U.S. civilian construction contractors were "forward deployed" to build an oil terminal during the first weeks of the Iraq war.
The Bush administration is not creating national security, but national prosperity. It increases our economic prosperity and material wealth when we employ our military to more easily bring things to us. This is the beneficial policy of the Bush administration.
Anyway, Zell Miller claimed that Kerry's voting record makes him weak on national security, and I would say that I have just seen the final sign that the former Democrat from Georgia should be getting the boot from us. He thinks like a Republican now, we've got to let him go.
John Kerry has asked why the 101st Airborne was not sent in to find Osama when his whereabouts were approximately known. Isn't this a fair question from a Senator who has been accused of weakness on national security?

If you saw that fight he had with Chris Matthews, you'll see he's actually a mole steering votes our way by being such a raging jackass! Always knew he'd pull for us in the end!
Now if only he can start attacking CHeney's daughters like Alan Keyes... he'd be the best thing that ever happened to us!

Documentation through the filter of the Republicons!
I wan't Zell's tirade ripped apart. I want Zell to explain why he attacks Kerry's record (specificially the list of weapons) when, in fact, were votes based on the recommendations of CHENEY!!! as SecDef under Bush I!!!
(Sorry to shout)

| 7. An understandable iniital reaction but think about it... It only will |
|
glorify him and makes him seem like some sort of martyr. Much more effective to just keep him in the party as a DINO and just not let him "play in any reindeer games" and don't invite him to the really cool parties. Hey, its the party of inclusion, right? Tee-hee.

Pathetic moron, rambling about pearly gates and seeing dead people and wanting to tell 'em he's a "democrat."
The Democratic Party is NO asylum.
Pathetic moron.

Seriously?

| 13. no, that he wanted to do that |
|
In the CNN chat, he said it in response to the high dôh-grade question 'so why do you still consider yourself a Democrat?' He answered because he was 'born' a Dem, wanted to die as a Dem, see his mommy and daddy (his words, I kid you not) and tell 'em he's still a Dem.
Pathetic. Another uniform-fetishist transfixed with labels, with neither the wits nor the character to even learn what integrity really means.
Anyway, the video of that interview's down now - it looks like Phish's place is down now (had the video up - must have drawn a few dozen gigs of traffic with that 64MB clip) it has a stern invitation to 'settle the account' first.
Worthwhile to watch, aside from his self immolation at Tweety's place! Honest to dog, it's high-octane amusement.
Never knew wacky conserfs could have such a refined British sense of self-effacing humor; his impersonation of a demented pants crapper was impressively picture perfect...

Inasmuch as there is no formal 'membership' within our party, there is also no formal mechanism for removing a Zell-like member from the rolls.

and to go coast to coast saying that exact same speech.
Somehow I think that people will not follow the rantings of a madman. And better if a couple of journalists question him afterwards so we can watch him explode again and again.
It was almost '92 redux. Beautiful.
