We seem to be having trouble responding to the attacks on Kerry's Vietnam testimony.
Yet the same people who attack Kerry's testimony as "betraying" his fellow soldiers are the ones who laud the Iraq invasion as a liberation from a tyrannical dictator who tortured his people.
Isn't the torture and killing of unarmed civilians wrong no matter who does it? Are we supposed to excuse our own government's support of war crimes, while we condemn Saddam's?

| 1. I like that, how can we spin/consolidate this into a talking point? |

How bout?
"Is it ok to torture people in the name of America?"
"Should we have been silent about Abu-Ghraib too?"
One talking point that I had was
"Should Kerry have lied (under-oath) to the Senate Foreign Relations Committee?"

but you are forgetting that it was the voice of God that our president hears that sent us to war. It's righteous hipocracy... of course I've seen lot's of people here in NY who claim that God speaks to them... they're asking for change on the subway not holding the title of Commander in Chief of the most powerful military in the history of the world...
