Palin is a wicked woman (in the bad sense).
Playing a veiled race card.
Insinuating Obama would bomb innocent civilians.
Throw every single solitary thing at this creature. She is dangerous.
And it matters to all of us. Because if god forbid they win - ALL AMERICANS have to live with her.
We are not talking about some half-way decent person like Huckabee or Mitt who we totally disagree with.

Treat her as irrelevant in the race. She has ZERO cred except for the dumb fucks who still believe her. Focusing on her should be met with asking for her to simply come out from the shackles of the McCain campaign.
Until she is allowed to go onto Meet The Press or other "serious" shows, the only message I would send out is that it must be nice hiding from the media.

Obama has got to where he is now by being cool in the face of lies and smears. They want a reaction so they can cause a faux outrage. All Obama has to do is point out calmly what these imbeciles are capable of. If he reacts the way they are behaving then he will loose the high ground he needs to preach his message and you just now the media will jump all over it.

Kerry took the high ground and the Swift Boaters sunk him. He now admits that he didn't understand that so many people can be so easily swayed by outright distort ons and he waited too long to fight back. It would be a major blunder if Democrats fail to challenge her and call her a damn liar to her face. Obama can be polite and stay above the fray with dismissing her, but other have to be just as brutal as the lying bitch. The same with McCain, call him just what he is a bare faced liar with absolutely no integrity. Far too much is at stake and Americans must be made to realize that McCain and Palin are nothing more than fascist power mongers who would sell their soul to the devil in order to win. I am an Independent and I say, Take No Hostages.

Edited on Sat Oct-04-08 07:05 PM by undergroundpanther
They PRAYED for the DEATH of New Orleans even back in 2000 when I was unfortunately sucked into their cult.I could not bring myself to utter those hateful prayers.I just made my lips move randomly to LOOK like I was praying while inside my own mind my heart screamed Evil,Evil People and reversed pentagrams flashed under my closed eyelids.I came out of that AoG sickness, it made me nearly psychotic. After I left I was stuck with a severe depression and was financially ruined, and I had a burning HATE for AoG and Christianity(the belief system,).
I really do think christianity is EVIL like all MONOtheist religions are.)I hate churches.
I am the inventor of the direction of my own spiritual path. There is what I experience exploring the unknown along my path,That is for me alone, to walk and discover. In the way I see beliefs it is a form of cognitive tyranny if beliefs are imposed from outside yourself, about things no one knows for SURE, like spiritual realms.Belief tyranny can fuck up your sanity..
Churches and religion that impose beliefs upon kids(I find kid conversion evil and cruel) and adults to believe in a certain kind off diety a book or conversion are evil.
For everyone forges their own path if they go exploring the unknown, because each person sees the unknown from their own POV..no book or church can do or see for you.You have to do and see it yourself. And nobody SHOULD have a final say on what anyone chooses to believe especially about the unknown/mysteries. Theocrats like Palin are tyrants of beliefs and I hate tyrants.
But Palin and Her ilk would just get off on burning me at a stake. These fuckers are so fanatical and blind they tried to exorcise my other persons out of me which caused me more disintegration(I have PSTD Dissociation issues)I stay away from churches and any sort of believer in anything that desires I be like them, wanting me to convert.

AoG, it sounds terrible. I found religion when I was about eighteen, for a couple of years, but never joined a church. In 1980, my grandfather gave me a book by Hal Lindsey, "The late great planet earth ", it is about bible prophecy. I thought I found the key to life. I was convinced that we were living in the end times. But, religion got in the way of my drinking and smoking pot, and none of my friends were into the bible, so I gave up on religion. Thank gawd.
When I was in the 6th grade I enjoyed learning about Paleoanthropology. But, I also had to go to Sunday school and learn about Adam and Eve. Talk about confusing a kid.
Anyhow, glad to hear that you have found your own spiritual path....

Is just as dangerous as Palin, they are both Theocratic. Belief tyrants.
Any totalistic belief system that converts people is dangerous. Some are just more vicious to others and pushy because it is all about getting their prizes from their gods after death. They are narcissistic death cultists, infectious mind virus that gets people waiting to be saved, waiting to die and drag anyone they can to die with them and go to their 'heaven'.They are both willing to kill the world in the name of making the world believe in a tyrant world dominator male only god. Huckabee and Palin share many of the same anti human rights for certain classes of people beliefs. It's all bible based bigotry.
I call the monotheist god the Archon. The Hive Mind, A belief tyrant.Any person that seeks to make human beings into it's "god's"image, and obey that belief is a tyrant..And to fool people or convert them they'll do anything because it means they get bigger rewards in heaven..Remember even hitler knew how to charm his way into power. That's what Archon infested people want,The power to oppress and ruin others lives until they become or believe the same thing the tyrant does. AoG and many churches are like this, including Islam. Any monotheist beliefs are like this. Cognitive Tyranny is inherent in the very structure of the beliefs monotheists and other totalistic belief systems. They are at the core Fascist, mono-cultural,controlling and narcissistic.

| 35. Who holds more power- Palin or the American people? |
|
I was incoherent during the debate. That woman has an effect on me like Hitler probably had on rational Germans. But one woman is not why I am nervous. I'm looking Palin, and I'm seeing millions of Americans. They are the ones we should be nervous about. This election is days away. Educating an entire nation is not days away. So this post is bullshit.
Even if we banish Palin and her Man to the history books, we still have the same situation in four years. No, two years. Every election cycle. There will be another Palin. How do we change that part? Maybe that's inappropriate to post here. We're up against stupid Americans, election fraud, big corporations, a fake media, economics. Tonight I'm worried. Not that something bad will happen. I'm worried that things will stay the same.
This all happened when other fascists took office. Memories fade, and it cycles all over again. We need a collective memory. There shouldn't be a single person persuaded by the McCain campaign. For now, all we can do is fight Palin and McCain. But the ultimate fight is with the people.
I don't know. It's all so generalized, it's practically meaningless. But you know what I mean.

to be anywhere near the WH and doing more to educate people on all the dangers of what has happened to our country are not mutually exclusive.
I don't think our party and our candidates have done an excellent job at expressing all the horrible things that have happened. Maybe there's just too much. Many of us have even forgotten some of it -- like what ever happened to seeing the real WH records of who visited?
I would love to see a creative ad that took all these complex attrocities and boiled them down.
I know, this doesn't answer your real point - which is totally valid. I do believe though, a leader has a lot to do with setting the tone. And when Obama is president he will at least put us in the right direction.

It's a chicken and egg thing. Since Nixon was blasted from office...no, even further back...JFK. It was obvious how a leader can shape the tone of a country.
We have ten years in which to change the way we generate energy before we go into a nightmare scenario. This is perhaps the most serious example of where a leader is critical. I know where this election heads. Into the ground, or out of the nosedive.
I realized this morning that one journalist can make a difference. Charlie Gibson pressed on. The smallest thing made this fake impression of a candidate come face to face with reality. Think where we'd be if we had a handful of media outlets working as they were intended.
I have little faith in America now. It's mornings like this one where I have spent an hour on European forums, and listened to what typical Europeans think of us. It's common knowledge that we're nuts. We're a reckless group. However, right after Bush stole office, I began looking for other places on the globe to live. They clearcut forests over there too. In Scotland, in Canada. But I don't get the sense that they're rabid about it. I just left an idyllic farm in Oregon two years after buying it, out of disgust for the locals. Hm, I'm kind of rambling.
What is it about America? Too many lousy leaders? I think it's a combination of not being surrounded by a diversity of cultures, no wars on our soil and essentially free energy. The living is easy. And it bred ignorance and arrogance.
Well, enough of that. I'm going to make another espresso and dream about a better country.

what it would be like if on Nov 4th we wake up and McCain has somehow stolen this hope away. It will not be just an election - it will be our future.
Come to New Orleans ! The way of life is 100% different than the rest of the country. The small stuff doesn't matter after living through 1000+ people being swept out to sea. And, there are so many wonderful causes to renew your soul - like rebuilding the still ravaged neighborhoods - neglected and forgotten by Bush and others. And, the restoration of the wetlands - a protection from devastating hurricanes. Nowhere else have I ever experienced such acceptance of people different than themselves.
And, what I love the most is there are few rules here and it is so freeing. I went home to CT recently and police were walking the beach - searching coolers to insure no one had glass. A friend from Michigan told me that there, at the lake, police were literally tasting samples from people's jugs to make sure they weren't spiked.

| 36. Look, all sarah palin is? A saleswoman. She's a saleswoman. Period. |
|
That's all she is. She's just trying to sell us another used car - a real lemon of a used car.
She's really good at a nice, slick, folksy sales pitch. She knows instinctively when to smile, how to look at the camera, how and when to tilt the head just the teensiest coquettish bit, and just the cutesy, folksy, down-homesy little phrases and expressions. A professional aw-shucks huckster wrapped in sparkly see-through chiffon, milk and honey, and the American flag.
And as phony as the proverbial three-dollar bill. She doesn't stand for anything really, except what can be manipulated and exploited to deliver more power and clout unto her. All she knows, and all she cares about, is how she can sell you something. In this case, she's selling mcsame, herself, their ticket, and the same stale old republi-CON policies that got us into this mess to begin with. She's selling. rudi giuliani once said that the thing that's special about Americans is - "we want to sell you something." She's his goddess, I'm sure.
sarah palin is nothing more than a saleswoman. A used-car saleswoman. A late-night TV infomercial saleswoman. A snake-oil saleswoman. She's smooth alright, but that's all there is.
